Hello, my name is Sean O’Hagan and I am the owner / creator of SO Fit For Life, a results driven 1 on 1 personal training program, designed to give you the confidence and understanding to reach your fitness goals whatever they may be.

As your trainer I will be there every step of the way to guide you thru a personalized workout tailored to your specific needs. I have a no nonsense approach to working out which focuses on the proper techniques of resistance training, keeping it simple. Being invested in you and your fitness journey means you will receive the encouragement, motivation, and the inspiration needed to overcome obstacles, realize your full potential, and avoid the rut one can find themselves in when beginning a new exercise routine.
